How We Deliver Aid
From Donation to Ukraine in 24 Hours
The same process applies to everything we fund — food, medicine, tourniquets, evacuation vehicles, body armor, medical kits, drones, utilities, frontline cars, defense supplies, shelter support, pet care, and more.
1
Partner Requests Assistance
Our vetted Ukrainian partner organizations identify an urgent need and submit a request to our team — with details on what is needed, for whom, and at what cost.
2
We Review and Approve
Our team reviews the request against our criteria. Once approved, funds are sent immediately by electronic bank transfer — no physical cash, full audit trail.
3
Goods or Services Delivered
Funds are applied immediately to purchase what was requested and delivered to those in need — often the same day. Every completed transfer is logged in our public donation tracker.

Transparency
Our public donation tracker logs every dollar sent to Ukraine — by date, partner, and purpose.
Our Promise To Donors
Our Core Commitments
We believe donors deserve to know exactly where their money goes, who leads this organization, and how we make decisions.
100% of Donations to Ukraine with 24 Hours
Our fundamental promise is that EVERY dollar donated is transferred to our Ukrainian partners. We do not deduct administrative costs from donations — ever. Operating expenses are funded separately.
See our donation tracker for full spending history.
Independent Volunteer Board
We are governed by a fully volunteer board with backgrounds in law, finance, medicine, military service, education, and nonprofit management. No board member receives compensation.

Personally Verified Partners
Our team visits partner organizations in Ukraine annually to observe operations, confirm spending, and provide on-site support during the visit. We maintain direct personal relationships with each partner's leadership throughout the year to fulfill their requests for funding.

Public Filings & Legal Status
We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our federal EIN tax id is 92-3994022. We file Form 990 annually with the IRS as required by law.
